Terms of Service
GirlCode by Asparko LLC — July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GirlCode, a mobile application operated by Asparko LLC ("Asparko," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up, including your legal name and a valid phone number. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GirlCode to:
- Harass, stalk, or monitor another person without their knowledge or consent
- Impersonate another person or provide false information
- Interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
3. Safety Disclaimer
GirlCode is designed to provide an additional layer of awareness between you and your trusted contacts. It is not a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services (911 or your regional equivalent) directly. Asparko LLC is not responsible for failures in notification delivery or for outcomes related to the use or non-use of the app.
4. Trusted Contacts
By adding someone to your trusted circle, you confirm you have their consent to receive safety-related notifications on your behalf. You are responsible for managing your circle and removing contacts who no longer wish to participate.
5. Intellectual Property
GirlCode and all associated content, trademarks, and software are owned by Asparko LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without our express written permission.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app under Profile → Delete my account.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asparko LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GirlCode. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
