Our commitment: We will never sell your data. We'll never share it with third parties, except where required by law.

What Data We Collect

Account Information

• Your display name
• Your phone number — your unique identifier in the app
• Your email address — for account recovery

Safety Data

• Plans you create and the details you choose to include
• Check-in status
• Location — only when you choose to enable it, only while a plan is active, and only shared with people you explicitly invite

Device & Usage Information

• App version and crash reports
• General usage analytics to help improve the product

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the GirlCode safety experience. We never use it for advertising or marketing.

Who Can See What

Only people you explicitly invite can see your safety activity — and only while a plan is active. Your data is never visible to anyone outside your chosen circle. Location sharing stops the moment a plan ends.

Data Deletion

Your complete history is automatically deleted after 90 days. You may delete your account at any time in Settings. All associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app.
